This was probably the highlight of my first home buying experience. I was very skeptical and talked to 5 inspectors before going with Sky Seals. If you talk to either Stephanie or Kirk for 30 seconds you can tell how much pride they take in what they do. I have heard horror stories of inspectors just walking through a house only to have the buyer learn about all these issues right after they purchase the home. Kirk's inspection was over 6 hours and he took another hour to make sure I understood every issue of the house. More than that, he showed me how to use every single appliance, and how to maintain every aspect of the property, His passion for his work is amazing and I probably learned more in the one hour of talking to him than I have in many years. Luckily his incredibly thorough inspection report will be the textbook I will refer to for many years to come to take care of my house. Thank you Stephanie and Kirk for going above and beyond!

Sky Seals is amazing and Kirk is the man! He conducted an extremely thorough inspection of the house we were looking to buy, and made the whole process stress free and informative. After the inspection was over he took the time to go over everything with my wife and I for over an hour on the phone going into great detail and giving his advice on fixes and work around that might fit our budget.

After that he hooked us up with a Porch Report that used the inspection to give us detailed estimates of the fixes from local contractors and provided us with the ammunition in our negotiations.

I highly recommend using Sky Seals for all your home inspection needs, and if you get Kirk know that you are in expert hands and he will go above and beyond to give you all of the information you need.

I was very happy with a recent home inspection provided by Sky Seals. It was easily the most comprehensive and actionable home inspection I've had done.

Most previous inspections I've requested or those requested by a buyer didn't uncover many new items beyond what an attentive home buyer would find. However, the Sky Seals report was extremely thorough, with detailed pictures, explanations, and recommended actions. The inspector spent 6 hours on the property. I met with the inspector at the end to discuss the more critical items found. I was comfortable with the results and now have a punch list of items to resolve.

Kirk is so great at what he does. He is extremely thorough and responsive. We had a unique situation and Kirk helped us navigate and was very flexible and kind through the whole process. I was extremely happy with this company even before we got our report back. We met Kirk at our new home and he walked us through many easy fixes and explained everything he was doing. Then we received our report and I was blown away! Every single tiny imperfection was listed and he even included details on how to fix the issues. This is our 3rd home purchase and I have never seen an inspector do such a careful job. It seemed as if he was buying the house himself! I cannot recommend Kirk more! If we ever purchase another home I will hire Kirk again! 10/5 stars!!!

I had a fantastic experience with Kirk and Sky Seals LLC. When looking for an inspector, we wanted to make sure everything was in good order as we were buying our dream house. Kirk spent over 6 hours on the inspection looking at and testing everything including drone work and thermal imaging. He then wrote a comprehensive report that was over 120 pages long including tons of photos. Most inspection reports are less than 30 pages. You get what you pay for and you would be wise not to skimp on your inspection that could save you tens of thousands of dollars in the future. Sky Seals LLC is a fantastic company!

Kirk provided us the best home inspection we ever had. He produced a detailed and clearly-written 170 page inspection report practically overnight. It made moving in to the house easy, since we already knew what was wrong with it from the report. We had very few surprises after move-in. He is far above the average inspector, he actually cares about the quality of his work, and he has certifications and is knowledgeable. Don't buy a house without him.
